Meet the Team

Morgan Brown is a Jacksonville native and graduate of Mandarin High School. She earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University and now resides in Macclenny, Florida, with her husband, bonus daughter, and their three dogs.

Morgan's passion for helping older adults and their families began through personal experience. After her grandmother suffered a stroke, Morgan's family faced the overwhelming task of finding the right senior living community without knowing that Senior Living Advisors even existed. Looking back, she knows how valuable that guidance would have been during such an emotional and challenging time. That experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping other families navigate the senior living journey with compassion, knowledge, and support.

When she's not helping families, Morgan enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and serving as co-chapter director for Twilight Wish Northeast Florida.

Lori Bolen, RN, is a dedicated Senior Living Advisor with Senior Living Placement, serving seniors and their families throughout Northeast Florida. She specializes in helping families navigate independent living, assisted living, and memory care options with compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the aging journey.

With more than 16 years of healthcare experience, Lori brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and personal advocacy to the families she serves. Her background includes hospital floor nursing, military and corporate community clinical nursing, and extensive work as a nurse paralegal and legal administrator for a personal injury firm. She also has experience in probate and estate planning, giving her valuable insight into many of the legal and financial considerations families may face when planning for senior care.

In addition to her healthcare career, Lori is a licensed Realtor®, working primarily with seniors and first-time home buyers. Her combined experience allows her to guide clients through both housing and care-related decisions with confidence and empathy.

Lori has lived in Jacksonville for most of her life and is a proud mother of two and grandmother of three. She has dedicated her life to serving others and has extensive personal experience walking alongside individuals and families through difficult seasons, including various hospice settings. Her compassionate approach and commitment to supporting families make her a trusted resource in the senior living community.

Lori is also a member of the ElderSource Advisory Council, further demonstrating her commitment to advocating for and supporting seniors throughout Northeast Florida.

Farris Robinson is a Senior Living Advisor with Senior Living Placement, serving seniors and their families throughout Northeast Florida. He is passionate about helping families navigate the senior living journey with compassion, clarity, and confidence.

Farris brings a strong background in relationship building, community engagement, and senior care advocacy. He works closely with families, healthcare professionals, and senior living communities to identify the best independent living, assisted living, and memory care options based on each individual's unique needs, preferences, and budget.

Known for his approachable personality, excellent communication skills, and genuine desire to help others, Farris strives to make what can often feel like an overwhelming transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. He takes the time to listen, educate, and support families every step of the way, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.

Farris is committed to building meaningful relationships throughout the senior care community and serving as a trusted resource for seniors, their loved ones, and professional partners alike. His dedication to helping others and passion for making a difference are evident in every family he serves.

Since 2014, Lucy has been dedicated to the senior living industry, bringing years of experience, compassion, and heart to every family she supports. With a background rooted in memory care, recreation therapy, fitness, and meaningful community connection, she has developed a deep passion for helping seniors and their loved ones navigate life's transitions with confidence and care.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, culture creator, and professional in the fitness industry, Lucy also brings extensive experience working within senior communities. Her firsthand understanding of how these communities operate allows her to effectively bridge the gap between families and senior living environments, ensuring seniors feel supported every step of the way. She believes every senior deserves to feel safe, valued, and truly at home.

When she's not supporting families, Lucy enjoys spending time with her dogs and continues her mission of creating positive, engaging environments where seniors can thrive.
